Yep, been a way for quite a bit. Just havent had the mood to blog down all my thoughts and happenings in my life. 

But on this special occasion, i feel the need for me to revive this blog again. and yes, its none other than ACS’s founder’s day.

Well, i may not have been a true blue AC boy, but ACJC has in many ways impacted me to make me who i am today. 

First, i still recall the J1 incident. Fitting into AC was not easy. A lone clementi town boy with a sea of MG girl and ACS boys is certainly not the way how i pictured it to be. We do and say things just to try to fit in with da cool people. Long story, but moral of this story? Always stay true to yourself and friends love you for who you are and not who you are trying to be.

Secondly, i found my faith in Christ in AC. It was only after what happened when i had to start believing in a Greater Power and leaving all my burden with God so that He can carry me through. Sometimes i just feel that everything was planned by him; my entry to AC, things that happened and all the friends that came along. If this is so.. its a perfect plan.

Thirdly, AC helped me discover great things about myself that i never knew. First. Athletics. Never knew i could be so good in track and field, and i have to credit ACJC for helping me realise this potential of mine. Its only after persuasion by a few teachers and continuous faith in Christ did i do well in Track. Also, i never knew i actually have the capability to do well in school. Granted that i was the top student from CTSS, but i always thought that was a one-time thing. My good grades in ACJC reassured me that i have the capacity to do well(if i want to).

There are many other things that i could mention about ACS but it will take forever to do that. So all i am saying is that, thank you ACJC. Thank you for all the things, be it big or small, that has occurred to me during my 2 years of time in there. It has certainly helped me become a better person and i’m pretty sure i wont be able to say the same if i were in a different JC.

Ever wonder if someone that you hate will ever quit being irritating? Or that person that you really don’t like will stop being the crude/prick that he or she is?

Well, i certainly feel the same for certain people too.

But did you ever realised that, this very same person, the one that you hate/dislike so much is instead being loved and held on to so dearly by his/her bffs? Yep, everyone has their Bestfriends, and their bestfriends love them in ways we just dont understand.

Sometimes we just gotta quit judging and start seeing things in other perspectives.

Take a step back and appreciate the good in everyone.
